1、Your order will be sent out within one business day. Orders placed in the afternoon will be shipped the following day.
2、Our warehouse is closed on weekends, so orders will be shipped on Monday.
3、Please do not ask if we have stock available. Instead, please place your order first. If the item is sold out, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4、Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we cannot change it once the order is placed. If the address is incorrect, please cancel the order and place a new one. If the package has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled until it is delivered.
5、If you receive the wrong product or if the package is lost in transit, please open a case and we will issue a full refund. You can then place a new order if you'd like.
6、If there is no tracking update or if tracking has stopped updating, please wait for 2-4 days. Sometimes carriers experience delays in updating tracking information, or the package may be stuck in the warehouse. Please give it an extra day.
7、If the carrier shows that the package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please check your mailbox, back door, or porch, and ask family members or neighbors if they have picked it up. If the package still hasn't arrived after 1-2 days, it may be delayed and we suggest opening a case for a refund.
8. If a returned package hasn't been refunded, it will be processed automatically by the eBay system.
9. No invoices or receipts are included; the package can be treated as a gift or drop shipping.
