1、Any promotional cards or advertisements included in the product packaging are invalid. Our warehouse sells overstocked items that are no longer available in the regular market.
2、‼️If the address is incorrect, please cancel the order and place a new one. Orders cannot be canceled once the package is shipped, and incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.
3、Your order will be shipped within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
4、Please refrain from inquiring about product availability. Please place your order first. If a product is sold out, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5、If there are no tracking updates or tracking has stopped updating, please wait for 2-4 days. Sometimes carriers experience delays in updating tracking information, so please allow an additional 1-2 days.
6、If the carrier shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, back door, or porch, and ask your family or neighbors if they have received it. If the package has not arrived after 1-2 days or is confirmed lost, please message us.
7、If you have returned a package but have not received a refund, please don't worry. Refunds are processed automatically by the eBay system. If you haven't received a refund after 10 days, please contact eBay customer service.
